Job Summary / Objective :

The Manager, Patient Services role will assist patients, care partners, HCPs, pharmacists, and other healthcare entities with the prescription pathway. This position will also provide clinical presentations on VALTOCO to appropriate audiences.

Essential Job Functions :

• Presentations to Healthcare Professionals, Payers, Patients, Care Partners and Office Staff.
• Interacts with patients via multiple channels (e.g., phone, email, text) to educate, motivate, and empower them.
• Provide product and service information and education to the patient regarding Neurelis product(s).
• Handles inbound and outbound calls to / from existing patients, new patients, HCPs, office staff and / or vendors.
• Delivers patient program information to appropriate audiences.
• Works cross functionally within the organization.
• Report all adverse events and product complaints in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain technical and clinical expertise within epilepsy / neurology and related areas to engage in deep scientific discussions.
• Engage in continuous learning within the organization's therapeutic areas of focus.
• Must act in accordance with all Company policies and guidelines.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt to various market dynamics and market shaping opportunities.
