Description : Duration : 24 Months

Target Audience : Recent Graduates (Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related fields)

Objective :

To develop well-rounded banking professionals with in-depth knowledge of key banking functions through departmental rotations, hands-on training, mentorship, and leadership development .

Requirements : Program Structure

Phase 1 : Orientation & Foundation (Month 1 - 2)

Week 1 - 2 :

• Introduction to the bank's mission, vision, culture, and business strategy
• Overview of banking regulations and compliance
• Risk management fundamentals
• Digital banking & innovation in financial services
• Networking with senior leadership and peers

Week 3 - 4 :

Phase 2 : Departmental Rotations (Month 3 - 18)

Each participant will rotate across key departments in 3-to-6-month blocks to gain hands-on experience.

1. Retail Banking (3-4 months)

2. Corporate & Commercial Banking (3-4 months)

3. Risk & Compliance (3 months)

4. Treasury & Investment Banking (3 months)

5. Operations & IT (3 months)

6. Residential Mortgage Lending (3 months)

Phase 3 : Specialization & Project Work (Month 19 - 22)

Phase 4 : Graduation & Placement (Month 23 - 24)

Additional Components

1. Mentorship & Coaching

2. Performance Evaluation

3. Networking & Exposure
