As a member of the Learning & Development team this position's primary focus is on driving the development and implementation of Learning Solutions. This position will work closely with the HR leadership team to identify and prioritize L&D activities and core curriculum while ensuring programs link to business strategies and to individual development.
This position performs analysis, design, development, and assessment of L&D programs / solutions; supports the overall program delivery for training and actively works with the OD and learning specialist teams to ensure a wholistic employee experience.
This position will partner closely with the Director of Learning & Development and perform key facilitation in leadership programs and development work.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Own quality andeffectiveness of training acrossNestle USA; Coach, train and develop L&D managers
- Re-design individual contributor curriculum to support business needs
- Renovate, develop or outsource learning solutions for key identified areas
- Lead training strategy for NUSA projects that crossover multiple functions, or divisions
