Job Description

You will be the Energetics Sr Manager for our SRM Product Center team. Our team is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our brand new Energetics Lab in Troy, AL, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards in the development of energetic materials.

What You Will Be Doing

The Lab Senior Manager will oversee all laboratory

activities, ensure the highest quality and safety standards, and manage the day-to-day operations of

the lab. They will also be responsible for training and mentoring lab engineers, chemists, and

technicians, developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and collaborating

with engineers, scientists, and other lab staff to design and implement experiments, analyze data, and

troubleshoot issues. Responsibilities :

• Oversee all laboratory activities and ensure compliance withsafety regulations and procedures
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the labs, including

scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting. Ability to prioritize and deconflict multiple tasks from

multiple groups. Be a single Point of Contact for the activities in the Energetics Lab when working with
