Job Overview

As the Salesforce Business Analyst, you'll be part of our Sales Operations and Marketing team, which supports multiple departments across the organization such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Management. As part of the Sales Operations team, you'll be responsible for extracting and analyzing data from Salesforce and 3rd-party platforms while simultaneously taking a hands-on approach to improving the overall Salesforce instance. Daily work for this role can include gathering requirements from stakeholders, utilizing data to analyze and evaluate options, and implementing technical solutions in Salesforce. While Salesforce experience is valued, we prioritize work ethic, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

You are an expert at analyzing data and can identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes. Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration : Assist with the administration of Salesforce, including new user set up, roles, profiles, permissions, custom objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts and other customizations.

Data Management : Ensure data integrity and accuracy for all CRM and Marketo data, including data imported or integrated from partner API sources. Maintain compliance and perform regular audits to ensure Cambrex is following data management best practices.

Reporting and Analytics : Evaluate information from a range of sources, settle any inconsistencies, and break down high-level information into details. Create reports and dashboards that deliver key business insights. Develop and maintain dashboards in alignment with business needs and stakeholder requests.
