SUMMARY OF POSITION :
Join our Client Services team in Orlando, Florida, as an Implementations Specialist, where you will be pivotal in the successful onboarding of new clients through a comprehensive end-to-end implementation process. This role is perfect for a professional who excels in customer service, can juggle multiple projects, and is committed to excellence in client engagement. Acting as the primary contact for clients during the implementation phase, you'll ensure a smooth transition to our system with your expertise in planning, coordination, and execution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Client Consultation and Training : Directly engage with new clients to gather their needs and expectations, offering expert consulting on system optimization. Conduct training sessions for end-users on product functionalities.
- Project Coordination : Collaborate with clients and internal teams to manage implementation projects efficiently, adhering to established protocols and timelines.
- Database Development : Create customized databases for clients, ensuring system compatibility and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Equipment Handling : Oversee equipment logistics to client sites and supervise the system installation process.
- System Go-Live Support : Ensure a smooth transition during the system go-live phase, addressing any challenges proactively.
- Post-Implementation Support : Provide immediate support post-implementation and coordinate with the support team for ongoing client assistance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE) :
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE) : At least 2 years working with Projects, Net+, Security +, CompTIA +, certifications a plus. 2 year Administration or related field preferred.
