How Will You Make an Impact?

This is a highly influential role, requiring strong partnerships with business leaders to support and drive all critical aspects of HR M&A initiatives. The Senior Manager, HR M&A leads the entire deal lifecycle, spanning from due diligence to integration which involves close collaboration with a project team comprising of functional subject matter experts and business leaders.

What Will You Do?

• Provide strategic leadership on assigned M&A projects, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to develop comprehensive plans for each specific project, meeting the business and financial objectives.
• Partner with HR business partner as a consultant and change agent for Org Design and Talent Retention.
• Cultivate exceptional relationships with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and cross-functional partners to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, including proactive risk identification and effective problem resolution.
• Develop and deliver impactful project presentations for report-outs to the Integration Management Office and Company / Group leadership team.
