Mission Valley Veterinary Clinic is looking for a Veterinary Hospital Manager to join our thriving team! We are seeking servant leaders with proven success in people management, who share our growth mindset and drive to foster outstanding team culture. Success in this role will be defined by building strong relationships with our team and clients, including maintaining team unity and providing mentorship.

As Hospital Manager, you will partner with our Medical Director, collaborate with our doctors, and guide our support team. While this position is focused on people leadership and administrative responsibilities, the Hospital Manager should maintain a pulse on the day-to-day activities of the hospital and be ready to assist the team as the need arises.

Benefits and compensation :

• Compensation : $75k-$90k annually, based on experience, skillset, and licensure
• Hiring Bonus Package : $2,000 for licensed RVT or CVPM
• Quarterly Bonus opportunities
