This role involves managing the installation of commercial heating and cooling systems while ensuring exceptional service for clients and guiding installation teams to deliver projects on schedule and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate a company vehicle daily.
• Follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Oversee and manage installation crews, ensuring quality work.
• Promptly report any issues with tools or vehicles.
• Build strong working relationships with customers, colleagues, and subcontractors.
• Be flexible to work a staggered schedule when required.
• Independently manage projects from start to finish.
• Maintain professional relationships with builders.
• Consistently uphold a professional appearance and attitude.
• Complete projects within allocated labor budgets.
• Handle all necessary documentation, including job packets, change orders, and timecards.
• Provide training for entry-level team members.
• Participate in 16 hours of job-related training annually.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
