Position Overview : We are seeking a top-notch Estate Planning Paralegal to join our firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate and business planning, exceptional attention to detail, and efficiently and effectively managing the workload. This role requires regular client interaction, so strong communication skills and a client-focused attitude are essential. We are willing to explore candidates who may not have a paralegal background, but who have a strong professional accounting background and are looking to transition to a law firm setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft and assist in the preparation of sophisticated estate planning documents.
• Assist in the preparation of gift and estate tax returns.
• Form and manage business entity filings, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries in a timely manner.
• Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct legal research as needed to support casework.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure seamless workflow and excellent client service.
