In this role, you'll facilitate the enrollment of physicians and practitioners. This will include new and existing enrollment applications, revalidation, terminations, ordering, referring, e-prescribing, and reactivation applications for Ronald Reagan-UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center, UCLA Medical Group, Durable Medical Equipment, and Ambulatory Surgical Centers. You'll coordinate the completion of applications with physicians and monitor expiring CLIAs, revalidations, and terminations. You'll also maintain enrollment in the ECHO One App database.

You will :

• Facilitate government enrollment application requests for new physicians Review applications for completeness / accuracy
• Notify enrollment providers of documentation requirements
• Track and monitor completion of applications by physicians / practitioners in ECHO Database
• Audit completed files
• Track expired CLIAs, AIA enrollments, provisionally paneled CCS enrollments, mammograms, and re-enrollments

Salary Range : $29.42- $42.14Hourly Qualifications
