Dueall Construction provides re-construction services for residential and commercial buildings in the State of Florida. The selected candidate will work out of our Bradenton, FL office.

Here’s the work you get to do :

• Lead and oversee multiple large-scale restoration projects across Florida, ensuring excellence in every phase from planning to completion
• Develop comprehensive project strategies that minimize impact on residential communities while maintaining the highest quality standards
• Direct and coordinate construction teams across multiple disciplines including stucco restoration, framing, roofing, and waterproofing systems
• Collaborate with engineers, manufacturers' representatives, and building officials to ensure all work meets or exceeds Florida Building Code and ASTM standards
• Evaluate project sites and existing conditions to develop detailed restoration plans and technical solutions
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation while maintaining our commitment to quality
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners
• Build, guide and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
• Oversee quality control processes across all project phases, from demolition to final coating applications
• Ensure proper implementation of critical building envelope components and waterproofing systems
• Direct safety protocols and maintain compliance across all project sites
