Salary range is $90k to $180k, with a midpoint of $135k. New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

GENERAL PURPOSE :
Under general direction, manages, directs, and coordinates the Agency's real property management program for real property owned by Sound Transit (ST) or leased or licensed for the Agency's use; manages, directs, and oversees maintenance and management of all real property that is not an operating facility; manages and supervises personnel; negotiates leases (licenses) and lease renewals; tracks renewal dates and other critical dates; ensures lease compliance with all terms and conditions contained within documents; oversees the drafting of and management of all third party use agreements for incidental uses of ST's real property; serves as the liaison with other division, programs, departments, and outside agencies; provides administrative staff assistance to the Chief of Operations and others as assigned; and assists in identifying and preparing for disposal, properties no longer needed for the Agency's use.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance and Real Estate, or closely related field. Five years of experience in real estate and commercial and residential property management with an emphasis on tenant relations, negotiations, lease compliance, tenant improvement facilitation, directing and managing staff and drafting agreements; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three years of leadership, budgetary, planning and workforce management experience.
