Job Description :

Job Responsibilities :

Lead and execute all assigned Data Center infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with Objectives, Targets, and Results (OTRs).

Actively participate in Critical Facility Review (CFR) discussions to identify and mitigate risks.

Oversee all project phases Presales, Planning, Delivery, Closing, and Post-Installation adhering to operational guidelines.

Monitor project plans, milestones, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for successful project completion.

Proactively identify and manage project risks, implementing corrective and preventative actions.

Manage change control processes, procuring and approving change orders.

Lead and direct a team of internal staff, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Implement and monitor quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing client relationships by introducing additional data center infrastructure services.

Develop new client leads and proposals for data center build-out, migration, and upgrade projects, encompassing A / V, security, Wireless / DAS, and network infrastructure solutions.

Maintain data and system integrity for accurate project setup, including contracts (PO, Contract, Proposal), Profit & Loss (PnL), and billing schedules.

Conduct weekly reviews of project budget trackers, project metrics, invoicing status, pending awards, accounts receivable, and system data integrity.
