Descripción del trabajoEnsures compliance with company processes and policies, identifying opportunities for improvement Drives procurement and vendor management initiatives Monitors market trends for tools / products that enhance department efficiency Champions safety and emergency preparedness policies Leads the relationship with the Business Continuity / Risk group Participates in Crisis Management Team training and events Informs on best practices for maintenance and vendor management Oversees HVAC maintenance to ensure service stability and credibility Oversees expansion of headquarters, regional, and sales offices, traveling as needed Maintains compliance with OSHA / EH&S regulations Engages with landlord's managing agents Manages resource planning across the team Ensures resource allocation aligns with organizational priorities Identifies and escalates potential budget shortfalls Controls the CRE operational budget Ensures quality of the corporate real estate team’s work Provides performance feedback, mentoring, and training Guides team in resolving complex problems and disputes Promotes inclusivity, wellness, and sustainability in the department Collaborates with regional leaders to implement metrics and reporting Provides input to senior leadership and decision makers Represents the company in significant issues with landlords and corporate real estate management Delivers data to the Global leader relevant to occupancy, ticket responses, and cost benchmarking 15+ years in facilities or property management in large facilities preferred

The Director, Corporate Real Estate is responsible for strategic planning of corporate real estate, overseeing design, construction, and maintenance of equipment and buildings. This role involves global planning to align with company objectives, focusing on corporate real estate operations : Sustainability, Contract Management, and Compliance.
Responsibilities
Planning
- Directs planning efforts with senior business leaders, representing the corporate real estate organization
- Advises on strategic space planning to manage Real Estate portfolio and align corporate goals with business objectives
- Maintains awareness of business evolution to connect business objectives with CRE activities
- Oversees portfolio planning efforts in the region as directed by the Global Department Head
