Job Summary

This position will assist departments with recruitment strategies to fill open positions with highly qualified staff members on a timely basis.

Job Duties

Responsible for the internal posting / job bidding process for respective client groups

Manage all existing recruiting processes for hourly positions, including posting and continually promoting through various methods (i.e., career pages, college boards, referrals, etc.)

Participate in all hiring events as needed, job and career fairs

Assist all candidates through the application process, as needed

Conduct a thorough pre-screen of candidate's credentials before forwarding to the hiring manager for an in-person or video based interview

Maintain all interview documentation as required by local laws and KidsPeace policy

Manage the offer of employment process for assigned client group (i.e., obtain approvals, secure verbal offer, coordinate with Recruiting Team Leader and Onboarding, etc.)

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and / or a related degree

1–2 years proven experience, preferably in Employment or Human Resources

Computer knowledge and applications plus strong organizational skills, independent initiative and functioning success necessary
