Homedica is currently hiring a reliable Certified Medical Assistant for Baton Rouge, LA . Our Medical Assistant works directly with healthcare staff, assists with patient visits, and maintains patient records in our Electronic Medical Records system.

Medical Assistant Qualifications :
- Medical Assistant Certification required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience working in a healthcare practice or hospital
- Home Health experience preferred but not required
- Must be dependable
- High level of professionalism
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions in a busy paced environment a MUST.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
