Catering Sales Manager

Gecko Hospitality is proud to partner with a distinguished luxury property in the Miami area to identify an exceptional Catering Sales Manager . This position is responsible for driving private event sales, fostering long-term client relationships, and ensuring the flawless execution of events.

Compensation & Benefits :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Meet or exceed booking goals for private events, including food, beverage, and additional services.
  • Actively prospect and secure business from diverse market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business.
  • Develop innovative and customized event solutions that align with client needs.
  • Conduct site visits, client presentations, and community outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with banquet operations to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Maintain meticulous event details, providing comprehensive banquet event orders.

    • Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 3 years in catering sales, with proven success in similar-sized properties.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with event management software (e.g., Delphi, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not required.

  • Experienced in cultivating strong client relationships and closing sales.
