Norm Reeves Auto Group is a nationally-recognized group of privately-owned retail automotive dealerships located in Southern California, Texas, and Florida including the #1 RETAIL DEALER IN THE NATION . With a history dating back to 1963, our group has established a reputation for innovation, integrity, and customer-centric services. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented individuals that are eager to grow their careers while the company continues to expand!

We are currently looking for a Contracts Clerk for our Business Office in Irving, TX! If you have experience, please apply or email us [email protected].

What You'll Do

  • Accurately process all car deals on a daily basis.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of incentives, rebates, commissions, and sales tax within deals.
  • Extract warranties and GAP policies for processing, including handling cancellations.
  • Process trade-in payoffs promptly, including reconciling any payoff discrepancies.
  • Handle all steps required for rollbacks efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and dealership operations.

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience working at a dealership.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be comfortable with computers and software.
