Job Description

Hourly pay rate up to $21, Depending on experience.

Our company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Office Manager in daily office operations
  • Accounting / bookkeeping
  • Helps oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Coordinate office events and meetings

Preferred Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Physical demands : Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. You must be able to lift light to moderate weight and sit for extended periods of time to complete your job at a computer.
