Hourly pay rate up to $21, Depending on experience.
Our company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the Office Manager in daily office operations
- Accounting / bookkeeping
- Helps oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Coordinate office events and meetings
