Descripción del trabajoImplement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development. Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to children, following the treatment plan and collecting data on progress. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment and support. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as needed. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment outcomes. High School Diploma, or college degree in psychology, special education, or a related field. Experience and a love for children and learning development Strong observation and data collection skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential. Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Referral program 4 hour shift After school Evening shift Monday to Friday

The Behavior Lab is a home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company, providing play-therapy to children with behavioral concerns, or have a diagnosis of Autism. We are looking for a strong and compassionate candidate, that loves to work with children, and has a passion to serve others! Experience is a plus, but not required, as paid training is provided. The perfect candidate must be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a home setting, as well as community or school-based as needed. Additionally, they would be tech savy, and have a creative and innovative mindset, while also having the ability to work as a team.
