Adecco Staffing is looking for an Accounting Service Specialist in Fresno, CA. Under the general supervision of the Senior Accountant, this temporary position involves performing technical and professional accounting work, including budget development, financial analysis, and reporting. The role includes maintaining general ledger records, reconciling accounts and bank statements, preparing monthly financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Additional responsibilities include compiling data for audits, creating various reports, and assisting with presentations.

Key responsibilities include :

• Conducting intermediate-level accounting tasks, including reviewing and adjusting general ledger entries and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Preparing and reconciling budgets, expenditure reports, and subsidiary accounts.
• Providing financial analysis and technical assistance to management and staff.
• Supporting audits by preparing reports, schedules, and budget closeout documents.
• Performing administrative duties, such as typing, filing, and assisting with special projects.

Position Details :

Pay Details : $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
