    • Your Responsibilities

  • Assist elderly residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including dressing, bathing, transferring, eating, and more.
  • Prepares, administers, and charts oral, topical, and suppositories drugs.
  • Train and mentor newly hired Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) to ensure they adhere to best practices in a personal care home / skilled nursing setting.

    • Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.
  • Previous experience in medication administration is required.
  • Experience with Dementia is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check.
  • Availability to work weekends.
